You're injured, overwhelmed, and not sure what to do next.
Start here. Our process, "The Recovery", gives you clarity and a plan.
When we explain a personal injury case to new clients, we break it into two phases. We call this process The Recovery.
Every injury case fits into these two phases. Everything else is just a step within one of them.
The first phase is your health recovery.
This is the period where you focus on getting better. It includes doctor visits, medical treatment, and follow-up care based on your specific injuries. That may involve physical therapy, chiropractic care, referrals to specialists, imaging like MRIs to understand the extent of the injury, and pain management consultations if symptoms continue or worsen.
This phase is not rushed. It is about understanding what you are dealing with and allowing your body the time and care it needs to heal. During this phase, your medical treatment creates a clear record of what you have been through and how the injury has affected your life.
Your job in this phase is to focus on recovery. Our job is to make sure the process stays organized and intentional.
The second phase is the financial recovery. This is where our work takes center stage.
Once your treatment is complete or your condition is understood, we take everything you have been through and organize it into a clear, chronological story. We present your medical treatment, the progression of your injuries, and the impact the incident has had on your daily life.
We then submit a demand to the insurance company for an amount we believe fairly reflects the facts of your case. That includes your medical care, your pain, the disruption to your life, and the long-term effects of the injury.
Our role in this phase is to push for accountability and maximize your net recovery — not just the headline number, but what actually ends up in your hands.
You probably still have questions. That's normal. Most of our clients do before moving forward.
Let's talk through what happened and what your next step should be.
